Full Support Agreement

The Full-Support Agreement is your best bet when it comes to technical support peace-of-mind.  For an annual fee, it covers all hardware, software and technical support costs – so pretty much everything you can imagine.  The Remote Software Support and Micros Software Upgrade Packages, listed below, are all part of this great package.  In addition, you can receive additional discounts by supplementing this agreement with the Deposit-Based Billing Agreement listed below.

 

Remote Software Support Package

Available separately from the Full Support Agreement, the Remote Software Support Package is an annual contract that covers virtual technician monitoring software (which logs all system activity, and also generates alerts (ex. e-mail notification) if a pre-defined parameter is violated), same day dial-in problem resolution, basic programming requests and Micros software upgrades.

 

Micros Software Upgrade Package

Also available separately, the Micros Software Upgrades Package is an annual contract that covers parts, labor and travel related to upgrading your Micros System. 

 

Deposit-Based Billing Agreement

To receive a guaranteed discount on your service calls take advantage of our Deposit-Based Billing Agreement.  When support is needed for your computer system, this account will provide a 10% discount on labor and 15% discount on parts.

 

Depot Support Agreement

This support option covers all hardware repairs performed at Cowan's Retail Systems. This agreement is ideal for companies with an IT staff, or are located more than 150 miles away from Salt Lake City. 

 

Per Incident Technical Support

Per Incident Technical Support is ideal for customers who have not signed an annual support contract but still need technical help.  The Per Incident Technical Support can also be used if requested service is not covered under a customers’ existing support contract.  Costs include a flat rate fee per incident plus an hourly fee for time and materials.
